Movie clubs DISNEY MOVIE CLUB?

okay i already trien columbia house but what is disneys movie club like?

Iam 19 no kids should i still sign up for the disney movie club or should i try another online club.|||Disney Movie Club is a program where you create a profile and a list of Disney movies that you would like to own. They then set you up with a payment plan and regularly ship you a movie from your list. It is similar to netflix..if you have ever done that. You also get first round knowledge on upcoming disney releases. It is a great way to build a Disney collection. As far as you not having kids goes....its your perogative. I dont have kids BUT i am collecting Disney films because they arent available all the time... so getting a hold of them when they ARE available is vital. Since i am planning to have kids and I enjoy disney's movies on an adult level as well. Choosing to sign up for Disney's club depends on what you want. Obviously you can only get Disney movies from them. So if your goal is to build up a general movie collection another club would be better. I recommend the Disney Club 100% as the best way to build a Disney Collection. Its the only place with a complete and constantly updating list of what Disney movies are available and which ones will become available in the near future. And it is not just the animated classics. It is EVERYTHING disney has ever made.

Another perk is that you can save tons of money. Disney movies on release retail after sales at $27.99! Thirty dollars for one film is expensive. The movie club offers great deals when you buy in groups. And they give you bonus movies for free or really cheap and tons of special offers on older films.

Disney puts its films on a 7 year rotation. So being only 19 means nothing when collecting Disney films. For example, being 19, The Lion King is a Disney Classic of your generation. It is probably one you may like to own. Disney Released Lion King on DVD in 2005. When Disney releases a film they manufacture a set number of copies for the release and ship them out. Once all the copies sell. Thats it. If you didnt get one. Look for it in about a decade. They wont make any more copies of that film for another 7 years. Then the film is considered "In the Vault". This is why it can be very important to start your collection as soon as you decide youd like to own lots of Disney films.

The Disney Club is a great way to do this.

I dont know if this helps. Hopefully so.

Below is an actual portion of the Terms and Conditions from Disney's website with a link to the main page. This excerp tells you about the program agreement.

http://disney.videos.go.com/General/Acqu鈥?/a>

"As a Disney Movie Club member, all you need to do is buy 5 movies at regular Club prices in the next 24 months (starting at $19.95 per DVD), plus shipping and processing of $3.95 for the first title in each order, and $1.00 for each additional title in that same order. You may cancel your membership at any time after purchasing the 5 movies.

By agreeing to purchase at least 5 regular-priced movies in the next 24 months, you qualify to receive 3 Disney DVDs of your choice from the list of titles currently available from the Disney Movie Club for $1.99 each. Shipping and processing is free. Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your first shipment.

YOU MAY ALSO TAKE A 4TH DVD NOW AT THE SPECIAL PRICE OF JUST $14.95. PLUS YOU PAY NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND PROCESSING CHARGE. This Bonus Movie will even count towards your purchase commitment, so you'll only need to purchase 4 more movies in the next 24 months instead of 5.

PLUS YOU CAN SAVE EVEN MORE by selecting a 5TH DVD NOW FOR the special price of JUST $9.95 AND STILL PAY NO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND PROCESSING CHARGE.

About every 4 weeks (up to 13 times a year) you will receive a mailing indicating the "Featured Title." Plus you may also receive up to 2 more seasonal Featured Title mailings a year. That's up to 15 buying opportunities a year! You can choose to receive the Featured Title, an alternate, or no movie at all. If you do not inform us of your choice within 10 days or by the date specified on the card (either by returning the card, visiting the website, or by calling the 800 number on the card), the Featured Title will be automatically shipped to you.

When you join the Disney Movie Club, you may provide us with your credit card information (website accepts credit card orders only). You will be charged only for the movies that you order (including Featured Title shipments) plus shipping and processing. "

Disney movie club collection agency name?

anybody know what collection agency Disney movie club uses|||They probably charge off defaulted accounts and sell portfolios of bad debt to various collection agencies.

How do I decline the featured title online for disney movie club?

you just decline the title on the website if you dont want it

Disney Movie Club-Mater's Tall Tales Coupon?

I was wondering if anyone was willing to share the $8.00 coupon for Mater's Tall Tales that came from either the Disney Movie Club or Disney Movie Rewards Club. I accidentally deleted that email and cant find it anymore.|||For coupon you can know details information from the site http://www.mycoupons.com/

You can take help from this site.

What is another movie club other than columbus house and the disney clubs?

I want to join a movie club, and am looking for a good deal. Colubus House doesn't sound all that great.|||bmg im in it now let me find the link...........

I just joined Disney Movie Club, where are my 500 Disey Movie Reward points?!?

i just joined the disney movie club, and how and where can i get my 500 disney movie reward points?

thanks so much!! :D|||there is a code inside of the dvds. Go to the website and enter them online.

How do you get the disney movie club family fun kit?

i got it in the mail and i want to get another one cause they have a sticker that says this disney movies owner is then u name and i want to get one for my friend|||I got my kit when I signed up for the movie club, and it has my name on it. I don't know if you can get that without signing up for the club. You could ask your friend if the club is something they are interested in signing up for, because they would have to put their credit card in the system when they signed up. They also would have to keep up with accepting or denying featured titles each month, and buying at least 4 movies at full price over the year.

The first few movies are practically free though. It's a great deal, for those who want to be part of it. Your very first order comes with the kit. =-)

You could always give them the information and see if they want to sign up. It's at http://www.disneymovieclub.com

Now, if you got the kit without joining the movie club, that's not something that you can sign up for. It's completely random, and based on other Disney things that you're signed up for. For example, if you have the Disney Visa, if you've recently traveled to Disney, if you're signed up for Disney's newsletter, if you're a member of the Disney Movie Rewards program, etc....you could get random mail from the Movie Club. They sometimes pull addresses from these other programs. So you can try getting your friend to sign up for some of these, and they might possibly get a kit in the mail too.

If nothing else works, you could try contacting Disney Movie Club, and requesting a kit be sent free of charge to your friend who may be interested in signing up. Good luck!

HelP?? I'm getting mail from disney movie club for a person that used to live in this apartment?

I've been getting mail for a person that used to live Here and that person owes money, what can I do so that they will stop sending me mail that's not mine? Do you guys think if I call them it will be faster so that they will stop?|||As you were told when you asked this question earlier, you should *NOT* be opening mail that has someone else's name on it!

Just leave the envelope in your mailbox for the mail carrier to pick up. Write "NOT AT THIS ADDRESS" and "RETURN TO SENDER" on the outside of the envelope.|||How do you know that the person owes money? Hopefully you're not opening this mail, since it's illegal. As long as the mail is being received at the address, the Disney people have no way of knowing that this person has moved. You should write on the outside of the envelope that the person no longer lives at this address and either give it to your mail carrier or put it in a mailbox. Continue to do this until it stops. Someone else owing money isn't your responsibility just because you live at the same address.|||don't open the mail, just cross out the address on the envelope and write "addressee no longer lives at this address" and put it back in the mail.|||Mark the envelope in red letters = RETURN TO SENDER

No such person at this address

Does anybody have UNUSED and UNEXPIRED disney movie club codes?

I've looked everywhere. I am willing to trade for them if necessary. Please email me the codes at lil_sistah_3|||If you want to trade money for them, I'll go buy a DVD for you.

Anyone in the Disney Movie Club?

My Husband and I are big Disney fans, more of the classic Disney movies, i.e. Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, The Jungle Book and so on. I've heard of the Disney Movie Club and I've visited the site but I'm not sure how it works... I know there has to be a catch! We don't have kids yet, but I'd like to start building a collection of the DVD's so when we do have children they can grow up on Disney like we did!

Thanks in advance for your help!|||I'm a member.

Basically when you sign up you get 4 movies at $1.99 each, and free shipping. That's their bait to pull you in and get you to sign. Then once you sign up, you are obligated to, within a 2-year period, order at least 5 movies at regular price (which means $19.95 or more). Then after you order your 5 movies, you are considered a VIP and get special deals. If you choose to cancel your membership before you've ordered your 5 movies at regular price, they will cancel your membership but then charge you for the remainder of the movies you haven't purchased (without sending you an actual movie for it).

The annoying thing is, every month (ish) they have a new "special" or whatever they call it. And you have to remember every month to go onto their site and decline it if you don't want the offer (usually it's like a 50th anniversary double pack extra features type thing that costs around $40 or so). If you forget to sign on and decline it every month, they will send it to you and charge you for it.

They will send you a mailing in the mail every month (their ads and stuff), and there is no way that you can opt out of receiving those.

Also, lots of the old classics (like Beauty and the Beast) are inaccessible from the site. They bring each one back periodically and advertise them like crazy for a few months, then put them back "in the vault" and if you want them then, you have to get them from somewhere else. Not sure why they don't keep them out all the time, because I think they'd make more money, but whatever.

Movies that are in less demand are usually a lot cheaper (for example, The Goofy Movie was around $5 last time I looked).

I just became a VIP a few days ago. Periodically they give VIP's special offers (Buy One Get One Free, or buy one at regular price and get free shipping, or something).|||I love Disney also and have collected them all on VHS over the years. If you don't want the hassle of having to remember to opt out of buying the stuff on the DMC I reccomend buying second hand copies because then you don't have to wait for Disney to release the films you want ie The Lion King, The Little Mermaid out of their vault and you get them cheaper as well.

Does Amazon.com or Disney Movie Club is cheaper and have more limited editon movies?

When u become a member of there website? please write back asap IF THERE'S a better disney movie company please let me know also thanks MBednarcik@yahoo.com.|||Disney keeps a tight lid on all of it's properties. So there isn't a better website than Disney to get there products. To get the limited edition stuff, you have to get it while it's available.

Disney is famous for releasing it's movies then pulling them off the market for years at a time. Then they re-release them to get maximum profit with a new edition. Disney doesn't even sell it's movies through some outlets like Columbia house. So then the secondary market is the best place to but out of print DVDs.

Disney also charges alot for it's DVDs through it's site, I always buy through Amazon. It's always cheapest and you get free shipping. But again, Amazon sells what disney allows them to. So if they are pulled off the market, Amazon will only have copies sold through secondary market sellers.

I want to cancel my disney movie club account?

im 18 and my mom provided me with a debit card that only has certain amount of money for it. my mom is already mad at me cos i've been spending it for movies. i know its my fault. but i want cancel it because i dont want to pay for 5 more movies for that commitment thing. is there a way?|||no, you must fulfill your contractual obligation. If you don't, you'll have to return the deal items you purchased. Find out the minimum cost, look for deals, maybe a box set, buy it then quit. You usually don't need to buy anything for like two years, just make sure you respond to the monthly deals|||Call them, they'll walk you through it. There might be fees.

How do i cancel my disney movie club account?

Its a generator.

Other then that, looks like the wonderfull world of Dinsney should wait.

What are the average prices for the movies in the Disney Movie Club?

Introductory offer is $5.97 for 3 movies (free shipping and handling). Cost of regular club movies starts at $14.95 for VHS and $19.95 for DVDs.

Can I put a hold on my Disney Movie Club membership?

I have to purchase 4 more movies to complete the membership agreement, but I can't afford it RIGHT NOW, so I wanted to know if they would just let me put a HOLD on taking my money and sending me movies until I CAN afford it again. The agreement said I had 2 years to complete that agreement adn I'm a few months into it. Helpful suggestions only please.|||I believe the short answer to your question is "no". DMC requires you to respond to their directors selections each month %26amp; you can continue to decline them but as you said, you will have to purchase the other four movies before your two year agreement is up. I would call them directly though to see if there is another option. I've reviewed their website %26amp; there is no "hold" option discussed. They also note that if you don't buy the movies in the time period specified they will charge you "full price" so any movies you got at a discount will be billed to you (if you got it for $1 %26amp; the original cost is $21.99 you'll be billed $20.99).

I do recommend not putting your credit card on your account so that if you miss a response deadline, you are not automatically charged. Change your status to "bill/invoice me" so that you don't have to deal with any surprise charges. They say they'll give you credit if this happens once or twice but the details also say they won't credit you the shipping costs.

Tinkerbell and the lost treasure on disney movie club?

does anyone know when the new tinkerbell movie will come out on the disney movie club, i want to get it for my little cousin for Christmas|||It isn't available yet, but it should be shortly. They haven't listed a date yet. Disney Movie Club makes new movies available as soon as possible, and if there's a delay it's normally short. I wouldn't be surprised to see it as the next featured title.

With the first Tinkerbell movie, it became the featured title shortly after the movie came out, but not that week. It should almost definitely be out by Christmas time, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Why is the Disney Movie Club website down?

I've tried to join and order my movies for about 3 nights in a row now, but it keeps going to an error page as I finish my order. What's wrong??|||The Disney Movie Club website is extremely slow. Sometimes it fails to work whenever it's processing a request, because it times out. It's not your fault, it's just a very slow site at times. Try calling them to order your movies over the phone with a customer service rep.

Their number: 1-800-362-4587

I would say to email them, but even their Contact Us by Email function is currently not working. The entire site needs overhauled. Here's where you would normally email them. You can keep it bookmarked and see if it begins working again soon. Good luck. =-)

https://disneymovieclub.go.com/webapp/wc鈥?/a>

Is it a good deal to join the Disney Movie Club?

I have heard both good and bad reviews about this page and i dont know if its a good deal what they are offering. sure the four movies for $1.99 and no shipping sound great but i want to know about the two years do they really send you the movies that you picked or some random one?|||I was just researching this offer as well. I belong to another dvd club and it seems like this one follows the same rules. They let you know by email or regular mail what the selected movie is for that month and give you the opportunity to decline or accept. If you do not decline it by returning the reply card or going online, they will ship it to you and charge your account. You can return it if you don't open it and they will credit your account.

I thought this offer sounded like a good idea - 4 movies for $8.00. The only downside I can see is that this club does not put it's movies on sale. I joined my other dvd club just for that reason. Buy one at regular price and get super discount on any others you order. Disney Movie Club does not appear to do this. Anything you buy from them you will pay full price plus shipping (I think). Not sure if I'm going to join.|||My co-worker does the club and says that sometimes they will send a random movie and if you keep it, you pay for it like it's one of your "picks" but you can also send it back and there's no charge. Just write "Return to Sender" on the box and stick it back in the mail. I think every movie club I've ever seen does that...

Is anyone here a member of disney-movie-club? Is it good to join or is it a problem?

Disney-movie-club|||I joined a few years ago when my daughter was very young. I found that it was a great way to catch up on getting some of the classic movies and my personal favorites. I like the convenience of being able to accept / reject offers online... and on the few occassions when I forgot, I was able to call and decline the offer before it actually shipped.

Now that my membership commitment has been met (I'm VIP, wahoo) I rarely buy from them because they don't offer their brand NEW releases at the same time I can get them from my local B%26amp;M stores. So for instance, Tinkerbell, which came out this week, will not hit the movie club for a while. I'd rather buy it at Target for $15 this week than wait a few months and have to pay $19 + shipping.

But as VIP, they frequently offer incentives for multiple title purchases (i.e. one title at regular price, all others at 60% off, etc). Not a bad deal if you really anticipate buying a lot of movies...

Hope that helps.

it doesn't give me a way to track it and i have tryd fedex ups and usps, any ideas?|||Yes be patient .

How Does Disney Movie Club work?

when you purchase the 4 movies for 1 or whatever to become a member, do you get the 4 movie right away in the mail? or do you have to purchase the five movies in the next 24 months first to become a full time member for life?|||You'll get the movies right away but you will be contractually obligated to buy other DVD's at about $20-$30 each. It seems like a pretty good deal.

Will Disney Movie Club keep sending me mail?

Today in the mail, I got a letter from the Disney Movie Club saying welcome to the family.... and they have this offer where it's 5 DVDS for $1.99 each. I don't remember signing up for the Disney Movie Club and I was wondering if I don't respond to this mail, will they just stop sending me mail altogether? Also do they have like credit card information or anything of that area?|||No they won't. you probably bought something from disney online %26amp; got on their mailing list.

How do I force the Disney Movie Club to let me pay full price?

I need to purchase 3 more titles to fulfill my membership, and I just want to get it over with. How do I force them to let me pay the full price instead of their sale prices? There was a way to get rid of the sale prices on their website before, but now I can't seem to figure out how to do it, and I can't find the answer anywhere. Please help me!|||They took away the option that used to be at check out. You used to be able to look at your shopping cart, and click a button that said "remove discount". It then would let you pay at full price. I noticed with my last few orders that the button had been removed. Also, in the FAQ's there used to be an explanation on how to do this, and the question and answer have been removed.

The movie club seems to have removed the option, so that people will buy more movies. Probably a lot of people were fulfilling their membership in one order, and then never buying anything else. By making them purchase only one membership fulfilling movie per order, it forces people to buy more. I don't know for sure if this is the case, I'm just speculating. I've been a member for a very long time, and have noticed these changes.

There is nothing anywhere on the movie club site explaining any of these changes, you are correct there. You are also right that there did used to be an option to do what you want to do. The only thing I can think to do is to call the movie club and ask if there's still a way they could do this for you manually. It seems unfair if there is no way anymore. They don't offer an email, but they do have an automated phone number. Call and go through the options to be connected to someone. I just did this the other day to find the status of a recent order. They can definitely answer your questions.

How can i delete my disney movie club account?

i signed up for this disney movie club account but apparently i want to delete it|||You can only delete your account after your membership has been fulfilled. Here is the information from their website:

Has anyone ever done the Disney movie club ?

I was thinking about doing the movie club through the mail. Is it a rip off? How often do they make you buy movies? Is it a good deal? Thanks!|||It is not too bad -but it does obligate you to buy a certain amount of movies or books at full price a year.

I use prepaid credit cards -because my ID was stolen through the Disney book/dvd club -did not get the thief very far because it was a prepaid credit card.

I received a letter from the Disney club that my ID had been stolen from some one that works there (or use to).

Felt Like I needed to mention that occurrence.|||The Disney Movie Club is a fraudulent company that has received numerous complaints. They are the ones who stole your ID. They used my card from a questionable source (i don't know who) to sign me up. I don't think it was someone trying to buy videos for themselves, as they were sent to me!

How much does Disney Movie Club charge for shipping?

We are considering joining. I know to join at https://disneymovieclub.go.com and not the other URLs. I know shipping is free on the initial order. I know to be sure and send back the card for movies you don't want. How much is shipping on the orders needed to fulfill your obligation? And are the any other warnings about the club? Thanks very much in advance!|||I am a member and have been for years - it seems like you're well educated on how the whole program works. If you understand how the featured title works, that's really the only warning I would have had for you. You can accept or deny by the card, by phone or by logging into your account. Just don't forget to do it. Other than that, it's a really legitimate club, and a lot of fun if you love Disney movies.

This is what it says on my Disney Movie Club account under the shipping section:

How do you get VIP prices to work on Disney Movie Club?

I have fulfilled my 4 movie commitment already. Now, every time I try to purchase a movie, it is still at the full price and I am not getting the free shipping either. How do I fix this? Nothing in the "My Account" area seems to be helping.

Thank you!|||You have to click on the special offer you want to use. Also, the first movie you buy is full price and the rest get discounted. So you have to buy more than one movie at a time to get the deal. Make sure you were given credit for your commitment purchases. How many titles does the Disney Movie Club have?

I have searched their site before, and I am a VIP member. But I never see very many movies I like. I never see very many at all. Especially the old Disney Movies. Do I have to search them or is there a list of ALL of them somewhere I'm not looking? How many do you think they even have? I never seen more than a couple hundred on there.|||Hi there,

I am a DMC member as well. There are currently 814 DVD's that you can buy. That includes box sets. The way that I found that was by going to DVD/Browse All. Then I organized it 50 per page, and by price. That way, you can scroll through every possible DVD.

Every Disney movie ever made isn't sold by the Disney Movie Club. Movies are only released on DVD every few years by Disney. Then they are locked away in the Disney Vault, only to be re-released years later. So right now, you can only buy movies that Disney has allowed the movie club to sell. Whenever new movies are released, you'll see them advertised, or often they'll be the featured title. You'll have a limited time (usually a few months to a year) to buy the movie, and then Disney will take it off shelves again. It keeps people wanting to buy the movies, and making sure they get them while they can.

I was frustrated that I couldn't get some popular old movies too. I ended up just buying them on Amazon, where you can get any title that you want from sellers.

How do I get a job with Disney Movie Club?

DisneyCareers.com doesn't seem to have Disney Movie Club (or even Buena Vista Worldwide Home Entertainment) as a search option, and I can't find any info on DisneyMovieClub.com. Does anyone know how to see job listings and apply to jobs for Disney Movie Club or BVWHE? I live in Orlando, but if I could get a job, I'd relocate. I could call the Disney Movie Club and ask them, but surely they must have a website with job listings, right?|||I couldn't find anything listed on Indeed.com or SimplyHired.com, either, so they may not have any jobs open at this time.

But, don't let that stop you!

Why not call them? It's a great way to make a person-to-person connection (which beats an online resume submission hands down!), and if you can find a phone number without too much trouble, they must be willing to accept phone calls.

At the very least, you can ask if they have any jobs open, and where they post their job openings when they have them.

So, go for it! Call them!|||Why work for them when you can work for yourself. Find this site, best-items-to-buy dot com for a link to making money. You already have a computer and internet access, use it to make money from the comfort of your own home.

Why doesn't the Disney Movie Club have an actual customer service number so you can speak to a real person?

I returned a movie (unopened) to them weeks ago and my account still shows a balance due. I have tried to contact them but there's no actual 'contact us' section on the website to complain, or to ask questions. The phone number listed on the Disney Movie Club monthly notification is an automated system only. Help!!!|||because it's a scam, just google and look around at all the people that have been ripped off.

cancel the credit card number they have on file, or you will be charged next month.|||That 920 number is a Canadian #. I called this number (888-257-9100) today 9/10/2010 and spoke with a live person. They will ask for your membership number and say your not a member, your trying to get of the mailing list then give the name %26amp; address on order form. They also can cancel memberships.

|||Its not a scam. its like Amazon not having it on there. just call this number and you should get to talk to a real person. 9205214027

their 800 number will only let you do automated things. but call that number listen to the disney movie guy talk and ONCE he is done it will automatically connect you to a live person. you wont have to push anything. I think it is the line for "non touch tone callers" but they don't ask about that.

it helps a ton! just keep the number and call them anytime you have a problem.|||Because no one pays to have actual people. It's much cheaper for them and much more frustrating for us to have everything computerized. You'll eventually give up and they won't have labor costs.

How long does shipping take with the Disney Movie Club?

How long does shipping take with the Disney Movie Club? ... specifically the initial/introductory order.|||Disney Movie Club shipping is sometimes long. I get very frustrated with it, and worried that my order isn't coming at all.

Your initial introductory order takes about 3-4 weeks to come. Everything else claims to come within 7-10 business days so with weekends in there it ends up being about 2 weeks. If you go to the FAQ's of the movie club page, you'll see some questions about shipping %26amp; it's length.

How do i cancel my Disney movie club membership?

I have fulfilled my obligation and now want to cancel my membership however when i go to the Disney movie club web site there is nowhere to cancel. You guys are great and i thank you for the help|||I think you have to call them to cancel your membership.

1-800-362-4587 is their customer service number.

DMCquestions@movieclubinfo.com is their email if you need it.|||I called the automated number, but had to call 920-521-4015 to actually cancel. Just to update

Anyone know how to return movies to Disney Movie Club?

I am a member of the Disney Movie Club. I didn't get my "decline" in by the deadline so they sent me the title of the month or whatever you want to call it. I've never had to return anything to them so can anyone tell me how I need to go about that? I'm sure I'll have to pay the return shipping cost but will they credit that to my account since I am not keeping that movie? Thanks for your help!|||On the invoice enclosed with the movie it has instructions on how (where) to return it. They will not credit you for the shipping costs you incur sending the movie back to them.

IS the Disney Movie Club safe and a good idea?

I just got a packet in the maikl from the Disney movie club, offering the 4 $1.99 movies. I was wondering if it's safe to join this, and if anyone could put the reuls into simpler terms.

Thanks!|||no no no no

don't do it. I've heard countless stories of people being scammed, and you're required to buy 5 full priced movies a after the initial 1.99 one. If you don't, they will choose for you and you will still be billed|||If you really are a huge Disney fan and are going to buy a lot then yeah.

My mom is part of it and I get Disney movies all the time from them. They usually have good deals like buy one get one half off.

Don't do it if you only want like one or two movies though. It'll be a waste and you will probably need to end up paying more or something.

Hope this helps :]|||Disney Movie Club is safe, but the question is, is your money safe?

How to get disney movie club to send you their offer in the mail?

I received an offer in the mail to sign up with Disney movie club and did so. I was telling my sister about it and we have been trying to figure out how to get them to send her an offer. If she does it online she does not have the option to bill me later. where they send you the movies then ur bill is dated still for a couple weeks away. does anyone know what to do to get one sent to her house|||I would say call them and request to have the information packet sent to her. It shouldn't take long.

How does Disney Movie Club work? Do you have to buy some DVDs as a fee to join? Can you not buy them to join?

Also, does anyone know if Disney Movie Club has a live chat session link somewhere on their website. Thanks for the help, it is highly appreciated. (:|||You join. You get to pick out a few movies to get free (or for a marked down price. You have to pay shipping, though.)

Then over the next year, you have to buy a certain number of their movies at full retail price. (Four, I think.)

I believe you come out ahead in the end if you choose great stuff for your freebies, but it's frustrating to send $30 off to the DMC for a new release that Walmart is advertising for $13.50.|||https://disneymovieclub.go.com/webapp/wc鈥?/a>

After getting four Disney movies for $1 and signing up for the Disney Movie Club membership how much?

are the movies from there on? I mean is that the only time you can get four movies for $1 or is that just a bribe to get you to become a member? If so how much does an individual Disney movie cost on the Disney Movie Club website?|||Yes, that is a bribe to get you to join, and no, there are not $1 movies on there. Expect to spend a minimum of $20 to purchase the rest of the movies you are required to buy.|||Seriously go to their website.

Anyways Disney sends me alot of this offers with some cute stickers, anyways $1 is if u buy them online, my info is by mail, since that's where I recieve my info on DVDs (not blue ray)

the 1rst 5 mandatory DVDs: $1.99

You can pick a 6th bonus for $11.95 w/ no additional shipping and processing. I then need to buy only 3 movies (instead of 4) in the next 2 years.

You can pick a 7th bonus for $8.95 with no additional Ship/hand.

All the rest will cost you (currently as low as $19.95 per DVD or $25.95 for Blue Ray plus shipp/hand

At least, this is from the letters they send me.

Do movies you get from the Disney Movie Club come with Disney Movie Rewards?

This probably sounds like a stupid question, but I was just wondering, since some of the movie on there are kinda old, or because the movies are cheaper than in stores that maybe they just don't bother to put the Disney Movie Rewards slip into those particular DVD's.

Also, on this subject, anyone here use Disney Movie Club? Is it good? Stupid? Thanks.|||You can find a list of all the movies that come with codes on the Disney Movie Rewards website. Sometimes you'll find an older DVD that is on the list but there isn't an insert. When this happens, just send in the receipt for the movie and the proof of purchase to DMR and they'll credit your account with the points. In general, if the movie is on the list, I haven't seen a difference from buying it from a store or from Disney Movie Club.

The club is cool if you're an avid collector. They'll have good deals like buy one get one 60% off sometimes. At first, it's a lot cheapter to buy the movies at a store because of shipping. But once you fufill your commitment, you become what's called a VIP member. As a VIP, you get additional savings and free goodies like pins and collectable cards that go with the DVDs. These aren't available in stores, so that's why I like being a member.

Disney Movie Club help please! Is there another way to say no to the mailing offer?

Disney Movie Club help please! Is there another way to say no to the mailing offer? Like a way to do it online or anything like that. I got the offer in the mail but someone threw it away. I do not want to ge the offer at this time. Is there another way for me to say no to it other than mailing it back in? If so could you please help by either providing the website or number because I cannot find it!
