What does disney movie club phone automated system say to you when you are on the phone?

I can't hear very well on the phone, (Im hard of hearing) and i would like to know what they ask you to do. PLEASE HELP ME!|||Probably something like "You will be billed $9.95 per minute for this call, please hold."|||I called this number (888-257-9100) today 9/10/2010 and spoke with a live person. They will ask for your membership number and say your not a member, your trying to get of the mailing list then give the name %26amp; address on order form. They also can cancel memberships.

|||I know, the automated system is very hard to hear because it is set very low, I have to go to a closed room without anyone by my side to understand what they are saying


basically they ask you to enter your membership number, if its related with an invoice, to decline or accept your monthly selection, and number 0 always takes you to a customer representative.
