I have fulfilled my 4 movie commitment already. Now, every time I try to purchase a movie, it is still at the full price and I am not getting the free shipping either. How do I fix this? Nothing in the "My Account" area seems to be helping.
Thank you!|||You have to click on the special offer you want to use. Also, the first movie you buy is full price and the rest get discounted. So you have to buy more than one movie at a time to get the deal. Make sure you were given credit for your commitment purchases. They should've sent an email letting you know that you reached VIP status.|||being vip
