|||That 920 number is a Canadian #. I called this number (888-257-9100) today 9/10/2010 and spoke with a live person. They will ask for your membership number and say your not a member, your trying to get of the mailing list then give the name %26amp; address on order form. They also can cancel memberships.

|||OMG,iam so mad because I cant cancel my disney account. do you guy know the phone # to cancel it. i try1800-362-4587 already but they dont have a option to cancel account.now i dont know what to do. and i even try to call this #(888-257-9100) but that person say it's a misktake,shhe cant do anything

For people in the U.S., to cancel your Disney Movie Club membership the correct number to call 1-920-521-4015. Be prepared to wait on hold for a while. I was on hold for about 9 minutes. They run ads the whole time and pop in every so often to tell you how your wait time is. (There is a different number for those in Canada -- which the phone-tree options at 1-800-362-4587 will point you to when you choose the one for those "with rotary phones." They will first give the U.S. number (and identify it as such), and then the Canada number. Be ready to write it down.) The Cast Member who took my call, "George," did try to give me a special upgrade membership deal (for $19.95) but I declined and he cancelled my membership. He told me that I would still receive one or two more mailings, but that as of today I do not need to reply to them. DONE!
ReplyDeleteI just used their live chat found on their website and, though I had to wait, they cancelled my account with no problem. I would suggest going that route verses calling anyone.

DeleteI just called 1-920-521-4015 and talked to a lady about cancelling my membership and it was no problem she's even refunding me the $2.00 that was already billed to my card. All I have to do is send back the movie (which she is mailing me a box with pre-paid s&h) then my membership is cancelled and I won't receive anymore charges!!! Thank you Disney movie club!!! I might even sign back up when I have enough to afford it!!! :)
